Zihuatanejo or Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, is the fourth-largest city in the Mexican state of Guerrero. It was anciently known by English mariners as Chequetan or Seguataneo. Politically the city belongs to the municipality of Zihuatanejo de Azueta in the western part of Guerrero, but both are commonly referred to as Zihuatanejo. It is on the Pacific Coast, about 240 km (150 miles) northwest of Acapulco, and belongs to a section of the Mexican Pacific Coast known as the Costa Grande. This town has been developed as a tourist attraction along with the modern tourist resort of Ixtapa, 5 km (3.1 mi) away. However, Zihuatanejo has kept its traditional town feel. Please check out our new video from a very unique proposal of Antonio to Alejandra. It was a pleasure to be a part of this day and such a special moment! The story started from a quick message to us from Antonio asking about engagement session, we start talking and eventually Antonio decided to do it on the top of the lighthouse at the Punta Sur Park Cozumel. He caught a flight from Monterrey Mexico to Cozumel in a morning of that day, when he landed - we already knew what to do. We picked him up form the Hotel and went straight to the park, because we knew that it's closing at 4pm. We drove fast and get there in time. His future fiancee were taking pictures on the beach and hanging with her friends. We spotted them moving around Lighthouse, but I asked taxi driver and he told me that they didn't went up to yet. We sent Antonio to the top of the lighthouse to wait for Alejandra. Here was the little issue - How to separate her from friends?! I went inside the tequila testing room and asked if the girls want to take their last pictures on the top of lighthouse, because the park will be closed in a few minutes.. Girls were excited, but I didn't know - who is Alejandra. So I said that we can do it only one by one, because of Covid restrictions, so her girl friends pushed her forward saying: "she is the boss - she will go first!" I realised that she is the one and took her to the door with staircase. What's happen after please see below.. I have always been a person that would day dream all day, and all night. Sometimes I would put myself to sleep just thinking about a story, a fairytale to play in my head. I still remember from when I was a little girl in school. I would just daydream about everything, about adventures, about friends, about growing up. It was a huge comfort zone for me. Until one day I realized that as much fun that daydreaming can be, I am missing out on so many real things that are happening right in front on me. I could be achieving so much more I believed. So I took a little break and start to do all those little things I was “wishing” to do. And to be honest it help me a lot in life to really go for the things I wanted to do in this life. I am a firm believer that if you want something, you got for it. Don’t let anybody tell you no. So when I saw this trendy vibe of the whole "mattress session" in my photography groups.
